Grant Opportunity for the Strategic Renovation of the Žnjan Plateau in Split

Exciting news! The European Fund for Regional Development has officially announced a call for direct grants for the strategic ITU project of the Split Urban Agglomeration—“Renovation of the Žnjan Plateau.”

Following the completion of the grant application process, Žnjan Company will secure €14 million in funding for this pivotal project. Additionally, the City of Split will meet all necessary conditions to utilize the approved EIB loan, advancing the most significant urban transformation project in Split.

The primary goal of this initiative is the urban transformation of the Žnjan Plateau. This project aims to enhance the quality of life for residents of Split and its Urban Agglomeration by increasing access to green spaces, improving communal infrastructure, and providing a variety of recreational and social amenities.

The deadline for applications is September 6th.
