About Us

Founded in 2014 as Spalatum D.M.C., our company began as a tourist agency. Owned by the City of Split, our Director and Supervisory Board are appointed by the City Assembly (The Mayor). In 2021, we rebranded as Žnjan Ltd. In 2022, following a decision by the Government of the Republic of Croatia, we were granted a maritime land concession to develop and manage the beach area in K.O. Split, Uvala Žnjan (Žnjan Bay).

Our mission is to manage the Žnjan plateau effectively and responsibly, overseeing its development and management for the duration of the 40-year concession. Our ultimate goal is to create added value that aligns with the interests and needs of our users.

Since our inception, Žnjan Ltd. has been actively involved in organizing cultural and touristic events in Split, including Sudamja, Spalatum Expo, Domestic, Hands, Christmas Fair, Advent in Split, Sudamja – Concert in Riva, and New Year’s Eve celebrations on the Riva. We collaborate with the Tourist Board of Split and the City of Split in these endeavors. Additionally, we offer fair stands and booths for rent to interested parties. Our dedicated team currently consists of 5 employees.
