ABOUT US

The company was founded in 2014 as Spalatum D.M.C. as a tourist agency. The Company is owned by the City of Split and its Director and Supervisory Board is named by Assembly (The Mayor). In 2021 the Company changed its name to Žnjan Ltd. With the Government of Republic of Croatia decision in 2022 the Company was given the maritime land concession with purposes of building and economic utilisation of the beach in the area K.O. Split, Uvala Žnjan (Žnjan Bay).

The main mission of the Company is to effectively and responsibly manage the Žnjan plateau, to develop the project and to manage it during 40 years while the concession is lasting with the ultimate goal of producing an added value in accordance with interest and needs of the users.

From its beginning, the Company is organizing cultural – touristic events in Split such as: Sudamja, Spalatum expo, Domestic, Hands, Christmas Fair, Advent in Split, Sudamja – Concert in Riva, New Year’s Eve party in Riva and others in cooperation with Tourist Board of Split and the City of Split. In addition to the organization of various events, Žnjan d.o.o. has fair stands and booths which it rents for the needs of interested parties. Today, the company has 5 employees.
